Is our software license fee transferable if an owner sells his business?
Software licenses are only transferable if a client sells their business to someone who will continue the same name and type of service. They will only be charged for any training they might need.
Is Reoccurring Billing Possible?
Yes ! Reoccurring billing is possible for clients. Unavu needs to have a valid Credit/Debit card on file or bank account to process the payments. The payments usually get processed on the 1st of every month.

How to subscribe month subscription through Unavu application for existing user?
You can subscription Unavu product directly from your profile page
- Go to Profile.
- Select the Subscription type has per your need and add new card.
- Enter the Card details
- Click on Submit button.
Where is need to install demo Version of Unavu?
Just Go to Play stores/IOS stores /Wins and install demo version into your Mobile handset/IPad/System.
How to configure the printer?
Yes, Unavu can be configure the printer up to be accessed from a Server/Direct.
1.Click on Menu bar
2.Go to the Settings-Select Printer
3.Find two types of mode select the Order printer operation mode such as Server/Direct
4.Configure Name(Ex:Star,Epson)of the Printer with IP address for Kitchen Printer and Order Printer.
5.Click on Update button to configure the printer in Unavu application.
Can I set up Unavu to be accessed from a Local Area Network?
Yes, Unavu can be set up to be accessed from a local area network or from the internet.
1.Select the Menu bar.
2.Go to the Settings – select Server .
3.Find two types of server select the Local and paste the URL for Allow access to Unavu POS on the local network or Allow access to Unavu POS from the internet.
4.Click Update button to server changes
How to add product and categories in Unavu Point-Of-Sale?
In Unavu POS you can add your own product and also category into the application.
- Select the Menu
- Go to the Catalog – select button based on selection such as +Add Prod/+Add Cat
- Enter the field required.
- Click Submit button.
How to create order form the table ?
Select the Table and add the number Guest and select the Items Quantity. Click on Send to Kitchen button to generate the order.
How to complete order ?
Select the Complete form the Dining enter the payment process and click on Complete order button to finish the order.
What should if I forgot my password?
Don’t worry! Contact Unavu Sales team. just within 5 to 10 min’s Unavu Support team will reset your password and they will update with New password.
How do I change my login password ?
Click the Menu bar
- Go to the Profile-select Change Password
- Enter the field such available
- Click on Update Password button.
Where is the setting to change store hours?
Select the Menu bar>Go to the Settings>select Restaurant Timing and enter the time based on Day and enter Open and Close timing and click on submit button to specify the working hours of the restaurant.
How to Re-print to order receipt ?
Go to the Order-Select particular order to reprint and click on Re-print button to process for printing.
How I can hide the product form the menus items ?
Go to=>Menu in Unavu POS>Select the Catalog from the list >Select any product and change the status into Disabled and click on “Update “button to hide the product form the menus..
Does it work only for restaurants?
It is feasible with small restaurants and large restaurants also. It all depends on your requirements, such as, if you have two Chef in your service area so you may go for Two Tablet to place a order in restaurant, similarly if you have two section of preparation of food items then you may go for Wi-Fi Printers/Epson/Star. Unavu works as the way you want and also we provide services for Grocery and bakery.
Can I purchase using my credit/debit card?
Yes you can pay using Credit/debit card.
Where I need to ignore KOT while iam billing the receipt?
Yes ! While billing process is going on you can find a option to ignore the KOT items to print billing receipt.
What is an Order?
An order can be related to a customer. It captures all the order details of the customers.
Where in need to create a new staffs ?
- Select the Menu
- Go to the Profile – select
- Enter staff details into available field.
- Click on Submit button to create a new staff for the restaurant.
How can I access the mode of operation in Unavu?
Based on client requirement mode of operation has been create by admin in admin profile by selection on staff by assign the role .
Waiter: Can create order.
Chef : Can prepared order.
Admin: Can play role of sub-admin
It useful for large scale restaurant to manage the restaurant with multiple of waiter and chef.
How to set the restaurant timing in Unavu POS?
Select the Menu bar>Go to the Settings>select Restaurant Timing and enter the time based on day and enter Open and Close timing and click on submit button to specify the working hours of the restaurant.
Where can I approved the online orders?
- Select the Menu
- Go to the Online – select type of orders such as Open/Close.
- Select the order which has been available in the order list by click on Approve button the order has been process to continue..
How to create/delete ledger in account section?
Go to=>Menu in Unavu POS>Select the Accounts from the list >Click the +Ledger button and enter the field Required such as Ledger Name and select the group name, Sort the order and select the status such as Enabled/Disabled and click on “Create Ledger” button.
Where can I add coupon?
Go to Menu in Unavu POS >Select the Management Coupons form the list >Click the +Add Coupon and enter the field Required such as start date and End date and click on “submit” button.
How an Order is different from a KOT?
While a customer came to restaurant is open, a waiter can take order for multiple items at different time intervals. Each such order is called Kitchen Order Ticket and all such KOT are captured under an Order Number that can be referred to the customer session. So, when a cashier selects an Order Number and confirms it for Billing, all the KOT under the order gets billed.

Can my customers order & pay right from their phone ?
Yes! We offer a fully Mobile application integrated food ordering system. We even can have the receipts print out on your printer in your store so you can begin processing the order.
So, when do I get paid for mobile orders ?
We setup the Mobile food ordering system with your Payment Gateway account and your are paid directly into your bank accounts by them. You have the choice of using Payment as your merchant account processor or using your own!
How much does each mobile order cost me?
Other than a one-time setup fee, Your Merchant account and the Payment Gateway such Credit/Debit card payment(or their merchant account)determines your transaction fees.
You can automatically add Mobile Ordering Convenience fees if you’d like to cover the cost!
Can Mobile Orders be paid in cash?
Yes! You can offer the option for your clients to pay in cash either at cash on delivery.
Can Delivery Fees be added?
Yes! They can also automatically be waived for orders over a pre-determined amount(as per restaurant).
Can I set how far my business will deliver?
Yes! You can set the distance from your store that you will deliver.
Can I set specific times that I will allow mobile ordering?
Yes! You can set what times (say only timing from 10am to 11pm Monday through Friday…) that you will accept Mobile Orders.
Can customers pre-order their food to dine-in?

How do coupons work?
They’re easy! We have several coupon types which allow you to enable the coupon by number of visit of customer(Redeem point) Discount (Loyalty),.
The Redeem point are can be either one time, Reusable only if it is more than 250 points.
discount can be limited to reuse only after defined time (say the next day, or the next week!)
Setting up a coupon offer takes only about two minutes and can be done from your secure.
What are Loyalty Coupons?
Loyalty Coupons are a great way to increase customer visits and give the valuable rewards for their continued patronage! These can be used for any variety of programs including dinner, take away etc.
I have another restaurants do you offer discounts?
Yes! We base our pricing on the number of restaurants your have with us and if they are a new App or the same App with additional locations. If the additional location has the same business format (menu, specials, etc.) it will actually be the same App. We can add the new location for no additional Startup Program. If it’s a different format, then it will be a new App.
Why does the Apple app take a few weeks to get published?
We do everything we can to expedite the process of getting your app published in Apple iTunes. However, Apple has VERY strict requirements for review, which usually means about a 7-10 business day publishing time.
Google Play(Android) and Mobile Web Apps are ready to go usually within 1 business day!
How will people download my app?
We provide many tools that make it easy for your clients to download your App! We provide code for your website that will automatically redirect clients to your App Store Listing or even to your new Mobile Web Site (optional).Within your App your client’s (or you!) can easily share the App via text messages or email.
We also provide you buttons and links that can be used on your web site, email marketing, text messages or email messages. It’s that easy!

Do you provide marketing materials for my store?

No. You need to use the ‘Back’ button as provided within the App and not the Android ‘Back’ button.

After 6 PM Can I place an order even for same day delivery? We may be able to make the delivery 🙂 Call us on our support number and we will confirm if it were possible. In afternoon I need delivery Is it possible?
We deliver all our orders within 60 minutes of placing the order. Our online order system currently only accepts orders. If you have planned a party and have a bulk order we can deliver during the afternoon please contact us for more queries for restaurants.
If I want to change an order is it possible?
As per restaurant no mass once you have placed an order and made payment for the same, it cannot be modified. If you wish to change an order please call our customer service number and notify the change.
