Receipt

Create the receipt accounts related to POS system(receipt transactions)and customer ledgers.In case of personal accounts of balance sheet and all ledger accounts of revenue accounts(income & expenses),you do not need to enter address and other particulars.
Filed Available:
Transaction Date:It need to specify the particular date to set.
Ledger To:It indicate to specify payment type for particular Ledger name.
Ledger From: It indicate to specify for particular Ledger name.

Amount:Enter amount.
Notes:To comment on ledger based on receipt.
Create Receipt:To process the receipt button.
For example let us take as
Transaction Date:26/04/2017.
Ledger To: Cash
Ledger From: Naresh Enterprises
Amount:5000.00.
Notes:Comment on receipt.
Process:Select the receipt to display create receipt screen and enter the Transaction Date,Select the Ledger’s form the list,Amount and Notes and click on Create Receipt button for more information follow the below figure:
