Master

Inventory:We at Inventory Management Solutions(IMS) propose an inventory management application designed for Cloud/Local and also smart phones and tablets. This application will be specifically for the restaurant industry. It is one of the module in the Unavu Point of sale application for Inventory Management System, It will be designed to accurately track the raw materials(inventory) in a restaurant and to assist the restaurant staff in ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels. The application will help you to track inventory either by UPC codes or by a manual interface. Unavu Inventory will use a connection with the internet to download initial product information and to email alerts to the owner. There will be the ability to make a list of all inventory out-of-stocks and stocks-in or inventory below a recommended level. The system will use a local server setup will give either on one of the restaurant’s POS system or stored on the device to keep current inventory levels and prior inventory items, to reduce the dependence on IMS servers. For restaurants with multiple devices, data will sync between devices anytime an internet connection is available. There will be a desktop application will update their initial information and for managers to remotely view the status.
Master:-It is part of inventory module, it will help you to create you required type for your business needs such as

 This section will presented you to create a sales order type for your business needs for example such as Quick Order, Dining,Online,One Page,Customer based,Delivery & Takeaway order process in the application follow the process to create the sales types for your business. For example am going to create delivery order sales type.
Field Available:
Name:Enter the sales type name(Ex: Delivery , Takeaway).
Type:Select the type for the existing list(Ex: Dining, Takeaway).
Icon:Select the icon type for the list(Takeaway/Dine-in).
Ledger:Map the ledger for the list which has been created in the accounts module(Ex:Sales).
Layout:The create the own layout(optional) for customised need(Ex:Recentangle)
User mandatory:Select the status for the user as per your preference(Ex:Disabled, enable)
Current Order Display:Select the status for your preference(Ex: enable/Disable).

Sorting:Enter the sort number as your preference(Ex: 0,1.2).
Status:
Select the status for the list(Ex enable/Disable).
Sales-type

 Process:
Go to menu and  select the master and click on add sales button. Enter the sales type name and the select the type as per your business needs such as Dining,Takeaway,Delivery and Quick Order and select the icon form the list. Select the ledger type has sales. and select the user mandatory field it show both disabled and enable in the list to specify the entree details of user before payment of bill.
User mandatory:Disabled:If you select the disable it won’t ask user details while payment(or)Enable: If you select the enable it will ask the user details while payment. Select the current order display and also enter the sort number as your preference and select the status for the list and click on add button. Automatically alert will generated and click on ok and focus on screen it has been created successfully.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This section will presented you to create a payment type for your business needs for example such as Cheque, Credit etc..Payment type process in the application follow the Process to create the payment type for your business. For example am going to create Cheque payment type.
Field Available:
Name:Enter the payment type name(Ex: Cheque).
Type:Select the type for the existing list(Ex: Cash, Card, UPI, Cheque, Credit).
Icon:Select the icon type for the list(Money icon CC icon etc….).
Ledger: Map the ledger for the list which has been created in the accounts module(Ex: Cash Card Cheque).
Required details:Select the status as per your preference based on payment(Ex:None,Optional and Required)
Sorting: Enter the sort number as your preference (Ex: 0,1.2).
Status:
Select the status for the list(Ex enable/Disable).

 Process:
Go to menu. select the master. click on add payment button. Enter the payment type name and the select the type as per your business needs such as Cheque or Credit and select the icon form the list. Select the ledger type has your preference which you have created in the account module and select the required details field it show the such as None, Optional and required in the list o specify the payment details of user before payment of bill. None:If you select the none it won’t ask any payment details while payment (or)Optional: If you select the optional it will not specify the details as a mandatory while payment. Required: If you select the required it is specify the details as a mandatory while payment without entering the details it won’t accept the payment. Select the current order display and also enter the sort number as your preference and  select the status for the list. and click on add button. Automatically alert will generated and click on ok and focus on screen it has been created successfully

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This section will presented you to create supplier for your business needs for example such as Naresh Enterprises in the application follow the process to create the supplier for your business. For example am going to create Naresh Enterprises supplier.

Field Available:
Name:Enter the supplier name (Ex: Naresh Enterprises ).
Code:Enter the supplier code (optional) (Ex:NE).
PAN:Enter the details pan card details for supplier(optional)(Ex: ATNPG8521A ).
VAT:Enter the VAT for details for supplier(optional) (Ex:5%).
CST:Enter the CST for details for supplier(optional) (Ex:5%).
GST:Enter the CST for details for supplier(optional) (Ex:5%).

Supplier Service Tax: Enter the service tax details for details for supplier(optional)(Ex:5%).
Supplier Ledger:Map the ledger for the list which has been created in the accounts module (Mandatory)(Ex:Sales).
Address: Enter the address for supplier(optional)(Ex:Velachery).
Street:Enter the street name for supplier(optional)(Ex:1st Main road).
City:Enter the city for supplier(optional)(Ex:Chennai).
PostCode: Enter the address of supplier(optional) (Ex: 600042).
Contact Person Name:
Enter the contact person name to reach the supplier(Mandatory)(Ex:Naresh).

Mobile Number:Enter the 12 digits mobile number of supplier(Mandatory)(Ex:+919666764663).
Phone number:Enter the phone number of supplier (optional) (Ex:0442489827).
Email: Enter the email address of supplier(optional) (Ex:naresh@jayam.co.uk)
Web address:Enter the url of supplier(optional) (Ex: www.unavuapp.com).

Credit Period: Enter the period days for supplier for payment(optional)(Ex: 30 days).
Max Credit:Enter the credit period days for supplier for payment (optional)(Ex: 45 days).
Status: Select the status for the list (Ex Enable/Disable).

Process:
This section will present how to create a new supplier if your New to the application follow the step to create the supplier.
Step-1 Create a Group
Step-2 Create ledger under group
Step-3 Create new supplier in master Module.
Go to menu. Select the master module in the menu list. click on add suppliers button. Enter the suppliers name it is a mandatory field . and enter the all the field if it mandatory. and the select the ledger type which you created ledger in accounts. and click on add button. Automatically alert has been generated and click on OK button. and focus on screen.Add-Supplier

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 This section will presented you to create your own storage for your business needs for example such as Stock yard process in the application follow the Process to create the storage or your business. For example am going to create Stock location.

Field Available:
Select the Storage :Select the root for the list to create a new storage (Stock yard).

Name:Enter the storage name (Ex: Stock Yard).
Code:Enter the storage code (optional) (Ex:SY).
Address: Enter the address for supplier (optional) (Ex: Velachery).
Type:Select the type for the existing list (Ex: Storable, Non Storable).

 

 

 

 

 

Process:Go to menu. Select the master module in the menu list. Click on add storage button. select the storage as Root. Enter the Storage name(mandatory). Enter the code for storage and enter the address of the storage and select the type for storage and click on add button. Automatically alert has been generated and click on OK button and Focus on existing screen you find the created storage in the screen.Add-Storage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This section will presented you to create your own Unit for your business needs  for example such as Bottle, Number etc… in the application follow the Process to create own unit for your business. For example am going to create Bottle in units.
Field Available:
Name:Enter the Unit name (Ex: Bottle).

Code:Enter the code for storage(optional) (Ex:B).
Type:Select the type for the existing list (Ex:Mass, Velocity, Scale etc..).
Status: Select the Standards for the list (Ex IOS, ISI etc…).

 

Process: Go to menu. Select the master module in the menu list. Click on add  unit button. Enter the unit name (mandatory). Enter the code for unit and  select the unit type for list and Standards and click on add button. Automatically alert has been generated and click on OK button. and Focus on existing screen you find the created Unit in the screen.Add-Unit-Details

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 This section will presented you to create your tax for your business needs for example such as service Tax etc… in the application follow the Process to create own Tax for your business. For example am going to create in Tax
Field Available:
Name:Enter the Tax name (Ex: CGST ).
Type:Select the type for the existing list (Ex: GST).
Value:Enter the value for tax (Ex:6).
Ledger: Map the ledger for the list which has been created in the accounts module (Mandatory) (Ex: GST).TAX

 


Process: Go to menu. Select the master module in the menu list. Click on add  Tax button. Enter the tax name (mandatory). Select the tax type for list and enter the value for tax and map the ledger which you has been created in accounts module and click on add button. Automatically alert has been generated and click on OK button. and Focus on existing screen you find the created tax in the screen.Add-Tax
