Manage Catalog

In Catalog can create new menus groups and their menus items, or you can register existing items into the menu groups. Not only this, you can arrange and specify the locations of the menus groups and menus items.
Catalog:You just click on catalog in menu contain list it should be navigated to menus catalog to add product and also to add new catalog for the restaurant. The catalog is used to add, edit and invisible the category and product name of the restaurant. The screen is managed by the manager or owner of the restaurant and you can find the two types of short key available in catalog screen.

 Keys:

To add the new Category and sub-category  into the menus list
Process:When you enter into catalog screen you can able to see the button. Select the +Add Cat button on top of right side in catalog screen and start creating  to add New Category of the restaurant.

 

 

Filed available in +Add Cat:
Select Category(List view):Select the by default Root to add new category
Category Name(Text box):Enter the category name
For example:Break fast, Lunch, Special offer etc…..
Category Description(text box):Enter the description based on category(Ex:Consist with sugar and fruit etc…..).
Category Order:(Text box):Enter the order based on category
(Ex:If the order need in first portion in the catalog screen). Category Status(List view):In category two options are available They are

  • Show
  • Don’t Show

Show:If you select the show option in category status it will show the items the category list. For more information follow the below figure

Don’t Show:If you select the don’t show option in category status it will hide the category name for the list for more information follow the below figure

To click“Submit”button the entered category name & description  is added in the catalog.

 To Create  the new product under selected category  into the menus list

Process:When you enter into catalog screen you can see the +Add button on top of right side in catalog screen.Click on +Add Prod button is used to add new product under category of the restaurant menu items

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Filed available in +Add Prod:
Select Category( List view):Select the added category for menu items list(Ex:Breakfast, Lunch, Special offer etc….)
Product Name(Text box):
Enter the product name(Ex:Idly, Dosa etc…)
Product Description(text box):Enter the description based on product(Ex:Consist with sugar and fruit etc…..)
Product Type(Check box):In product creation form they are three types of product are available. They are 
           1)Purchase-To track the purchase items
           2)Sales-To track the purchase items
           3)Production-To track the production moving items
Select Unit(List): It should display the created unit in master module
Product Rate(text box):Enter the price for product(Ex:5.00 etc…..)
product Special rate(text box):Enter final price for the product(Ex:4.99 etc…..)
Take Away Rate (text box):Enter price for the take away(Ex:5.99 etc…..)
Take Away Special Rate (text box):Enter special price for the Take away(Ex:6.99 etc…..).
Track option(list view): It will help you to track the inventory level.They are
          1) Need-If you select it will allow to track the inventory                          level
         2)Don’t Need-If you select it don’t allow to track the                               inventory level
Negative Quantity(List view): It will  help you to track the quantity level.They are
                  1) Allow-  if you select it will allow to track the quantity                         level
                 2)Don’t Allow- if you select it don’t allow to track the                               quantity level
Category Status(List view):In product two options are available they are

  • Show
  • Don’t Show

Open name(Check box):  if you select this option while create the product.It allow to edit the name  while order this items for example- Existing name is Soup while billing we change the name soup into clear soup
Open Rate(Check box):  if you select this option while create the product.It allow to edit the rate  while order this items for example- Existing rate  is 100.00 while billing we change the name 100.00 into 120.00
After Enter all field click on “Submit” button and check the catalog screen to view products all details. 

To Create  the new variant under selected product  into the menus list 

Process:When you enter into catalog screen you can see the +Add button on top of right side in catalog screen.Click on +Add Vari button is used to add new variant under product of the restaurant menu items.

Select product( List view):Select the added product for menu items list(Ex:Mango,Samosa,Briyani etc….)
Variant Name(Text box):Enter the Variant name(Ex:Large,Medium,Small etc…)
Variant Description(text box):Enter the description based on Variant(Ex:Consist with sugar and fruit etc…..)
Product Type(Check box):In product creation form they are three types of product are available. They are

It is nothing but grouping the  items under product items for addition request based on customer.01

Filed available in +Customize :
Customize Name(Text box):Enter the customize name(Ex:Extra cheese, with more chill etc…)
Box type: Select the Box type from the list (Ex:Check box or Radio button)
Minimum: Set the minimum range to select the particular items under product (Ex:012345678 etc…..)
Maximum:Enter minimum range to select the particular items under product (Ex:0123456789 etc…..)
Priority: Set the priority to sort out the items form the list (Extra cheese, with more chill)

Category Status(List view):In variant two options are available they are

  • Show
  • Don’t Show

Add :Button for process.
Process:Select the Product from the existing category list. Click on + customize button. Enter the new customize name. Select the box type such as checkbox or radio. Select the minimum and maximum range and the enter the priority it is nothing but sort selection for item and the select the status from the list. Click on add button.For more information follow the below figure02

Sub Customize items:

It is nothing but add customize items under  main customize category
Filed available in +Sub Customize :
Name(Text box):Enter the customize name(Ex:Extra cheese, with more chill etc…)
Cost: Enter the price for Customize item (Ex:5  6 etc )
Priority: Set the priority to sort out the items form the list (Extra cheese, with more chill)
Default Selection (List view):In Customize two options are available they are

  • Yes : If you select the “Yes” customize item will add to automatically with product by default
  • No: : If you select the “No” customize item will not add to automatically with product.

03Process:Click on edit button and Enter the new customize name. Enter the priority it is nothing but sort selection for item and the select the  default selection status from the list. click on Update button. Then click on Update all button to update the customize it will add under main product. while creating the order for customer u can find the customize items in the category list.
Let go to menu Click on home and select the table. Select the existing update product Customize items from the menu. Then we can find the Customize item in the list. For more information follow the below figure04

 

 

For GO BACK to main menu to create a order click on menu on the top left side the catalog screen and select the HOME for more information follow the below figure:Menu-Button
