Dash Board:

A business intelligence dash board is a data visualization tool that displays the current status of restaurant sale/product details. Dashboards consolidate and arrange numbers, metrics and sometimes performance scorecards on a single screen.They are

  • Peak food by Value
  • Peek Orders Time
  • Payment Methods

Food

Food Safety Increasingly is a top priority and focus area for all restaurant Kitchen items, sales history of the food(Ex:chicken Briyani) etc…….for more information follow below figure

The major purposes of this section are two types they are Quantity and Value 

This section contains guideline to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. This guide lines and tools will help to assure a wholesome product for our customers.

Each and every area of the restaurant will have separate standards establish and check list for the inspection and maintenance of the high quality Standards Possible.
