Account Master

Create the Group and Ledger. Accounts related to POS system (sales & purchase and related payments transactions) and customer ledgers.
In case of personal accounts of balance sheet and all ledger accounts of revenue accounts (Income, Expenses, Transactions, Receipt and With draw),you do not need to enter address and other particulars.

It is used to create group name,sort order and also u can set the status like enabled and disabled of group.
For example let us take:
Select Group : ROOT as default if your creating new Group
Group Name:Restaurant kitchen items purchase(create group name).
Sort Order:Zero(To sort the arrange of group in serial).
Status:Enabled/Disabled.
Process:Click on+Group button to display create group screen select the group name as ROOT(if you’re creating New Group) and enter the group name,sort order and select the status and click on Create Group button for more information follow the below figure:

Enter Ledger name and ,select group name to add the sub category and enter sort order and also u can set the status like enabled and disabled of group.
For example Let us take
Ledger Name: Naresh Enterprises(create sub category into group)
Group Name: Supplier(Select the created group from the list)
Type: General(Select the type for the list(Default))

Sort Order:Zero (to sort the arrange of group in serial )
Status:Enabled/Disabled
Process:Click on +Ledger button to display create ledger screen and enter the ledger name,select the group name from the list,select the type form the list ,sort order and select the status and click on Create Ledger button.For more information follow the below figure:

The accounts master is used to create the+Group(add group) and +Ledger(add sub category into group)based on restaurant and also u can find the add group details and add ledger details in the account master screen.For more information follow the below figure:
